Our client, a leading global player in the electrical and technology industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager to develop its activities in the infrastructure sector. Responsible for the development of assigned OEM customers in the country.
Responsibilities:
- Identify & Develop business opportunities with high-potential OEMs in the country to negotiate collaboration with professionals, in coordination with other relevant departments.
- Define and implement a customer development plan in collaboration with OEMs (strategy, objectives, business analysis, sales metrics, etc.).
- Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of the customer's product/market development process in order to support them in their growth.
- Assist customers with cost/benefit analyses and calculations to demonstrate the specific benefits of using BP products.
- Utilizes back-office and support functions to effectively service OEMs wherever possible.
- Acts as a point of contact with OEMs on commercial issues and encourages collaboration within the organization for support.
- Forecast results of your business activities.
Internal & External contacts: Frontline Sales Manager, BP Country Sales Head, product management, technical support, all relevant sales support functions, customers, technical and logistics support functions
Ideal profile:
- Ideally, you have technical training in HVAC.
- You have significant experience in HVAC sales.
- You are fluent in English, Flemish and French.
