Business Manager F/M

A start-up specializing in identifying and recruiting IT consultants for its partners is looking for a Business Manager.

Your tasks as a Business Manager :
 

• Buildup, manage and qualify your pool of candidates, taking care to understand their expectations in the context of a new professional challenge.
• Promote available assignments with your customers to your candidates.
• Promote your candidates to your customers.
• Coach your candidates through the recruitment processes in which they are involved.
• Seek out new business opportunities to expand your own customer portfolio and develop long-term relationships.

Ideal profile for this position :
 

• You have significant experience in a similar role, with an affinity for IT and data.
• You have good comprehension and persuasion skills.
• You are autonomous in carrying out and organizing your day-to-day work.
• You are dynamic and enjoy human contact.
