Freelance Financial Controller F/M

In a context of replacement, our client, a major Pharmaceutical company, is looking for their Freelance Controller. 

The Controller will be responsible for the performance monitoring of the regional activities and the main tasks of the candidate will be the following:

- Development of the annual budget and the multi-year plan,
- Review of the financial outlook through forecasting of business value drivers,
- As a business partner, proactive support the management team regarding driving the financial and operating performance : KPIs, dashboards, improvement plans…,
- Month-end close management,
- Preparation of business reviews, 
- Safeguard corporate assets (internal controls / financial procedures),
- Identify improvement opportunities for financial processes and reports, 
- Strong collaboration with all the finance functions : collaboration with the business analysis and accounting departments. 

Profile : 
- Experience in team management is a must, 
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, 
- Languages: Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.
