Freelance Technical Project Manager

Our client is actively looking for a Freelance Technical Project Manager who will report to the Technical Director and work closely with the Project Managers.


Your responsibilities will be the following :

• Coordination of the technical aspects of various real estate projects, ensuring they are completed on time, monitoring budgets to ensure costs remain under control,
• Design, construction and renovation processes with a perfect coordination between various stakeholders (architects, engineers and contractors),
• Identification of potential risks (delays, technical issues, budget overruns) and development of contingency plans as well as ensuring that all technical elements of the project meet quality and safety standards,
• Development of detailed project schedules, ensuring that timelines for deliverables and milestones are met; adjustment of schedules and resource allocation as needed to keep the project on track,
• Draw and check existing specifications, plans, offers and tenders, contributing to the standardization of specifications,
• Management of large projects and bringing a Best Practices mindset.

 
Your profile :
- Engineering degree or Architecture degree,
- Strong experience combining project management expertise with a strong understanding of the technical, operational, and construction aspects is a must, 
- Strong and relevant experience and within large construction projects,
- Fluent Dutch / French.
