Our client, an international automotive group, is actively looking for an HR and Payroll Specialist to support the Human Resources Director in all their activities in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Your main responsibilities will be :
- Manage payroll processes for 70 employees in collaboration with the Social Secretariat and Accounting.
- Manage activities relating to fleet management, insurance and HR supplier payments.
- Coordinate employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
Ideal profile:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree.
- You have significant similar experience.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
