Manager of Sourcing Dept. - EE

Our client established in 1996, is a tier one listed company in Networking industry.
Specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of cutting-edge communications products

Title: Sourcing Manager - EE Dept. 
Location: HsinChu
 

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the Sourcing team, familiar with the industry's supply chain and ecosystem.

2. Strengthen the management function of Sourcing and Fulfill Function, implement the company's procurement policy and cost down initiatives.

3. Possess the ability to manage and integrate suppliers, as well as the ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies. Execute supplier evaluations and regular supply chain management and assessments.

4. Coordinate and integrate matters related to procurement operations (including communication and coordination with related departments and integration of resources).

Qualifications

1. Bachelor/Master's degree in relevant major.

2. At least 5 years of management experience.

3. Familiar with passive components, fluent in English.

4. Familiar with industry dynamics and relevant policies, good at handling exceptions and cost control.
5. Familiar with Networkig Industry
