Job Title: Head of ODM TV Sales (AVP)
Team Size: Approx. 50 people
Reports to: Senior Vice President
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and maintain customer relationships for ODM TV.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and expansion of the company’s ODM business.
- Manage and guide the sales team, including setting targets, creating plans, and monitoring execution to achieve sales goals for the ODM division.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources to resolve sales challenges and improve customer satisfaction.
- Plan and review management systems for the ODM business to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or a related field in science and engineering.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a related field.
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a preference for those with experience in the display industry.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and KPIs.
