Senior Financial Controller F/M

Our client (a Non-Profit Association active in Financial Services) is looking for a Senior Financial Controller. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and review financial information
• Prepare, review, and monitor the association's budget
• Design, review, and implement appropriate financial policies and procedures
• Generate financial reports and assist project teams with financial planning
• Provide insights regarding the financial implications of business decisions
• Monitor regulatory changes, particularly in relation to tax
• Offer strategic advice on business-related financial matters

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience (minimum of 10 years)
• Professional Experience:
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial control and budget development
  • Proficiency in reporting and accounting systems
  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong drafting abilities
  • A solution-oriented mindset coupled with professional integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Languages: Superior command of English and proficiency in another EU language (both verbal and written)
