• Accounts Receivable Monitoring:
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in AR accounts, including handling customer disputes and fraud disputes.
  • Document disputes and track resolutions.
• Accounts Payable Monitoring:
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor invoices.
  • Inspect vendor invoice statements to ensure outstanding balances align with the account's payable records.
  • Analyze amounts charged by vendors and report disputed amounts/frauds.
  • Prepare and send netting proposals. Verify that payment records match netting proposals.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare necessary reports and report discrepancies to management.
  • Identify slow-paying customers and recommend action plans.
  • Conduct vendor invoice analysis to address outgoing vendor disputes.
• Accounts Maintenance:
  • Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records to ensure aging is current, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
  • Gather necessary documents, including vendor invoices, payment receipts, and disputes.
  • Send missing invoice copies to customers and assist in query resolution.
  • Strengthen client relationships through effective communication.
  • Follow netting procedures and company policies.
  • Ensure netting partners adhere to company policies.
• ERP Implementation and Cash Collection:
  • Participate in the ERP implementation process.
  • Participate in cash collection activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or netting.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Familiarity with local tax regulations and accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
