Consolidation Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Consolidation Analyst to join our client' dynamic financial team in the telecommunications sector.
Location: Warsaw
Work model: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and be responsible for the IFRS16 process and oversee how the current IFRS16 process can be improved, drive identified improvements and coordinate with the organization.
• Support in the monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidation, including data collection, validation, elimination of intercompany transactions, and preparation of consolidated financial statements, to provide, on time, accurate consolidated figures.
• Support in maintaining the consolidation tool to ensure an accurate and efficient financial reporting process.
• Support in maintaining the group Accounting and Reporting manual, support in defining the group’s accounting principles and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, GL accounting, or consolidation roles
• Strong understanding of financial statements and consolidation processes.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations will be an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Polish is an asset.
