Construction Manager

For our client, an international retail company, currently we are looking for an experienced person to take the position of:
 
Construction Manager
 
Purpose: The Construction Manager is responsible for the successful rollout, construction, and fit-out of new stores in Poland, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
 
Duties:

• Oversee the construction of new stores, from site surveys to the handover phase.
• Prepare survey reports, assess financial and technical feasibility of potential locations.
• Manage external contractors and suppliers to ensure store builds meet budget and quality expectations.
• Coordinate store openings, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handover completed stores to retail teams and provide detailed handover documentation.

 
Requirements:

• Higher education in a relevant field
• Min. 5 years of experience in retail construction
• Excellent English skills
• Experience of working in an international organization, preferably in the fashion, beauty or lifestyle industry
• Strong project management skills with a focus on the full project life cycle
