For our Client, a reputable company in the trading sector, we are currently looking for an experienced professional to take the position of Controlling Manager.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and processes to optimize performance.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
• Drive financial performance through effective leadership and team management
• Manage and mentor a team of 2 to 4 Financial Controllers

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English;
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in a controlling or finance role, preferably within a manufacturing or trading company.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
