Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision Creation: Develop and maintain the vision for our CRM system, focusing on Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Influential Role: Have a significant impact on the design and implementation of processes and technological solutions.
- Value Management: Ensure the business value of changes introduced during the digital transformation program for the CRM system.
- Product Enhancement: Continuously improve the product vision and develop tools and functionalities for Sales and Customer Service.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with various internal stakeholders to create and implement product strategies and design business processes.
- Market and Technology Trends: Monitor market trends and technological advancements to drive the development of managed products and technologies.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with the Technology Department and internal/external stakeholders to implement new systems or change requests.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work with technology vendors to deploy solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years as a Product Owner.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Business Process Understanding: Strong understanding of business processes with a focus on Lead-to-Cash or other financial systems and process improvement.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in delivering advanced solutions/projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities.
- Product Management: Experience in creating product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritizing requirements.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to seek out non-standard solutions and collaborate across various organizational levels.
- Software Development Knowledge: Familiarity with software development methodologies.
- System Architecture Understanding: Basic knowledge of system architecture and integration layers.
- English Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Digital Transformation Programs: Participation in digital transformation initiatives.
- Workflow/CRM Implementation: Experience in implementing workflow/CRM systems.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Design Thinking: Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping/Design Thinking.
- Enterprise CRM Technology: Understanding of enterprise-class CRM system technologies.
