Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and manage related communications and materials.
- Manage calendars, prioritize scheduling requests, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Prepare expense reports, draft correspondence, and provide general administrative support.
- Manage office supply inventory and oversee food and beverage purchasing to ensure the office remains well-stocked and functional.
- Assist in planning board events, off-sites, and in-office meetings.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite or board-level executives.
- Proven ability to manage complex travel logistics and anticipate executive needs.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management software.
- Fluent English is required; knowledge of French is a plus
