Office location: Warszawa, Praga


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and manage related communications and materials.
  • Manage calendars, prioritize scheduling requests, and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Prepare expense reports, draft correspondence, and provide general administrative support.
  • Manage office supply inventory and oversee food and beverage purchasing to ensure the office remains well-stocked and functional.
  • Assist in planning board events, off-sites, and in-office meetings.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite or board-level executives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex travel logistics and anticipate executive needs.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management software.
  • Fluent English is required; knowledge of French is a plus
