Responsibilities:
Team Development and Leadership
- Build, recruit, and structure a Shared Services team covering accounting, paralegal, and financial operations.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture through strong leadership and mentoring.
Process Design and Technology Implementation
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and compliant processes.
- Identify and roll out automation tools and ERP systems to enhance service delivery.
- Create documentation and training materials to support standardized operations.
Service Delivery and Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Establish KPIs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks to monitor performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational alignment.
Governance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies across all service areas.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Compliance to manage risk effectively.
Continuous Improvement and Development
- Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Lead change management efforts and drive the adoption of best practices.
- Support the professional development of team members.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fully qualified accountant with a strong academic background.
- Proven experience in leading finance or shared services functions.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and system implementation.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed international environments.

- Excellent people management, communication, and project delivery abilities.
- High attention to detail with a focus on compliance and service excellence.
- Familiarity with MRI Property Management and Accounting ERP system (a plus).
