Key responsibilities:
- Promoting Hot-Melt and Polyurethane (PU) adhesive products across industrial customers in the assigned region,
- Acquiring new customers, developing professional relations and fostering cooperation with them,
- Delivering product recommendations, trial samples, technical support, and service information,
- Making plans for and paying customers/sales visits, organizing products trials,
- Delivering business objectives and plans according to the strategy,
- Planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising technical marketing (product development) activities,
- Taking care of the optimal sales assortment of products, introducing new products, preparing promotions, proposing development or product discontinuations,
- Educating and providing technical advice and professional consulting on products to sales staff and customers,
- Taking care of proper product documentation,
- Cooperation in solving complaints,
- Providing market and competition research,
- Cooperation at various conferences and events.
- Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related technical discipline, or technical product knowledge based on experience,
- Sales experience in the industrial sector,
- Product knowledge of adhesive technologies preferred
- English language skills,
- Understands business-to-business (B2B) selling approach, working knowledge of sales promotion techniques,
- Good computer skills in MS Office products,
- Readiness to travel extensively,
- Reliability, responsibility, and accuracy,
- Excellent communication and professional presentation skills,
- Valid driver’s license.
