For our Client, an international company, we are looking for: .NET Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Guide the overall technical direction of the project: Defining the technical vision, outlining the system architecture, and selecting the appropriate technologies and tools.
• Lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions: Work with the team to brainstorm and evaluate technical solutions, ensuring they are feasible, scalable, and maintainable in the long run.
• Contribute to the codebase through individual development tasks: Actively write code and contribute to the development process alongside the team. 
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback: Review code for quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Break down user stories and epics into technical tasks: Translate product requirements into actionable technical tasks that the development team can understand and implement.
• Develop and maintain the software development lifecycle (SDLC) strategy: Define the development process, including coding standards, testing procedures, and version control practices.
• Manage project dependencies and ensure technical integration: Identify and manage dependencies between different parts of the system and with external systems.
• Track development progress and identify potential bottlenecks: Monitor team progress and identify areas where tasks are taking longer than expected.
• Work with the project manager to adjust timelines and resource allocation as needed: Based on progress tracking, collaborate with the project manager to adapt the project plan as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the development team: Provide technical guidance and support to developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration: Encourage team communication and knowledge sharing to ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes): Continuously learn about new technologies and evaluate their potential benefit to the project.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level .NET development (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Entity Framework)
• 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead focusing on building complex solutions (technical leading group of developers, being responsible for outcome delivery)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, React 
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy robust and maintainable software solutions
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a collaborative development approach
• Strong understanding of software development best practices (clean code, design patterns, unit testing)
• Experience working with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts
• Experienced in using AWS services 
• Basic understanding of containerization and Kubernetes
• Good command of spoken and written English  (at least B2)
