Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Content Translation Team Lead with Nordic and English Language proficiency to join our Client’s team in Warsaw. As a Product Content Translation Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the team's workload, ensuring product content is correct, improving processes and team's
performance, and collaborating with marketing, sales and product development departments. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Shop Production.

Responsibilities:

• Establish specific objectives and standards for the team, offering consistent feedback and mentorship.
• Encourage and energize the team to produce their highest-quality work.
• Cultivate a cohesive and positive team environment.
• Oversee the team’s workload, ensuring that all deadlines are successfully met.
• Guarantee that all product content is accurate, informative, and engaging.
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure product content aligns with overall company goals.
• Implement initiatives to enhance processes and boost team performance.
• Foster a culture of respect and mutual understanding within the team.
• Ensure ongoing process monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions, and actively participate in resolving translation-related issues.
• Provide support to the team on current projects.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in at least one Nordic language (C1+ level).
• English proficiency at a B2+ level or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Interest in learning new tools and solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong ability to manage and organize work independently.
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication abilities (familiarity with the Principle Pyramid is a plus).
• Experience in product data management.
