Position: Revenue Growth Manager & Channel HGM Senior Analyst
Location: Warsaw 
Working Model: Hybrid 

 
As a Revenue Growth Manager & Channel HGM Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for leading the organization to drive sustainable, profitable growth from the consumer base through a range of strategies around assortment, promotions, trade management and pricing.


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop the brand, channel and customer commercial strategy and revenue growth management plans for our leading categories. 

  • Manage portfolio performance against customer, channel and brand KPI's and build business cases.  

  • Create industry-leading pricing, promotion, pack size and investment plans to grow the business sustainably whilst driving category sales. 

  • Analyze our categories, competitor strategy and consumer buying patterns to project demand/profitability for potential products, key product features/requirements, commercialisation of the plan and delivery of our business objectives. 

  • Work with marketing teams to ensure that customer needs for each targeted segment are reflected in product design, branding and marketing approaches. 

  • Partner with the Category Business Unit through the ABC (Annual Business Cycle) to deliver the 1-3 year business objectives.  

  • Work closely with Strategy and Insights to influence the demands of your local market. 

  • Be the local commercial lead for HGM markets on innovation projects, bringing in the voice of the customer to enable world class execution. 


Requirements: 

  • A broad thinker with strong numerical & analytical skills. 

  • Ability to quickly build strong cross-functional relationships internally & externally. 

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively. 

  • A determination for learning, development and progression within the business. 

  • You should be able to excel both on your own and in a team environment. 

  • FMCG/Multiples experience preferred. 

  • Required language skills: English (C1)
