Position: Revenue Growth Manager & Channel HGM Senior Analyst
Location: Warsaw
Working Model: Hybrid
As a Revenue Growth Manager & Channel HGM Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for leading the organization to drive sustainable, profitable growth from the consumer base through a range of strategies around assortment, promotions, trade management and pricing.
Responsibilities:

Develop the brand, channel and customer commercial strategy and revenue growth management plans for our leading categories.

Manage portfolio performance against customer, channel and brand KPI's and build business cases.

Create industry-leading pricing, promotion, pack size and investment plans to grow the business sustainably whilst driving category sales.

Analyze our categories, competitor strategy and consumer buying patterns to project demand/profitability for potential products, key product features/requirements, commercialisation of the plan and delivery of our business objectives.

Work with marketing teams to ensure that customer needs for each targeted segment are reflected in product design, branding and marketing approaches.

Partner with the Category Business Unit through the ABC (Annual Business Cycle) to deliver the 1-3 year business objectives.

Work closely with Strategy and Insights to influence the demands of your local market.

Be the local commercial lead for HGM markets on innovation projects, bringing in the voice of the customer to enable world class execution.
Requirements:

Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively.

A determination for learning, development and progression within the business.

You should be able to excel both on your own and in a team environment.

FMCG/Multiples experience preferred.

Required language skills: English (C1)
