Currently for one of our Clients in Warsaw we are looking for an experienced professional, with the extensive knowledge of both PTP and OTC processes, and strong leadership skills for a Team Leader position.

The scope of responsibilities in this position includes:

• Supervise the work of the local SSC team
• Implement and gradually improve processes (including OTC and PTP)
• Liaise and work closely with the regional finance team
• Work in conjunction with group policies
• Provide effective resource and workforce planning to ensure that daily and monthly deadlines are successfully met in a reliable, timely and cost-effective manner
• Ensure that recording of data comply with current Country legislation and is consistent
• Ensure the effective implementation of best practice, policies and procedures

The successful Candidate should present:

• At least 5 years of experience in SSC (including 2 years of team leader role)
• Highly developed leadership skills
• Knowledge of Tax rules in DK, SE, IS, FI, NW
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Full professional proficiency in English Language
• Proficiency in one of the Nordic Languages would be beneficial
• Effective planning of the daily and monthly tasks
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Proactive and initiative taking
• Excels in a dynamic and informal environment
• Bachelor’s or university degree in finance

Computer skills:

• Experience with Dynamic AX 2012 would be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a must
