Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

• General Ledger Maintenance:
  Manage and maintain the general ledger, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights into financial performance.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

• Audit Support:
  Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.

• Tax Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns as necessary.

• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.

• Experience:
  3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate setting.

• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and mathematical skills.

• Attention to Detail:
  High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and record-keeping.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
