Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Sales Manager - Women’s Health to join a leading healthcare organization in Hong Kong. This role is critical for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the women's health sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of women's health products, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the women’s health portfolio. -
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, competitive positioning, and customer needs in the women’s health segment. -
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and institutional clients to drive product awareness and sales. -
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and effective sales techniques, ensuring they are well-equipped to engage with customers. -
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports to assess progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. -
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with marketing, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment in messaging and compliance with industry regulations. -
Event Participation:
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote women’s health products and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. -
Experience:
3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on women’s health products. -
Sales Skills:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, with strong negotiation and communication skills. -
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of women’s health issues, products, and market dynamics, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively. -
Team Player:
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
