Business Development Executive APAC

Job Description

Our client is a leading life style consumer durable brand that have presence around the globe. They are currently looking for a talented Regional BD Executive to join their small team in Hong Kong. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain a rapport with distributors of assigned territories to maximize growth.
• Negotiate and achieve annual sales budgets with distributors
• Analyze market pricing, trends, and competitive landscape to make recommendations for growth through distributors and retailers.
• Conduct periodic business meetings with distributors
• Assist in planning and conducting annual sales meetings- create and align goals for upcoming year with sales partners
• Assist in the launch and successful integration of new products and categories into existing and new distribution channels - online and offline.

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years’ experience in consumer products industry and solid experience in managing distributors in APAC
• Experienced in providing guidance and recommending strategies to business partners on digital marketing, especially social media.  
• Strong analytical skills. Written and verbal fluency in Chinese and English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
