Our client is a European sportswear brand known for innovative sportswear and athletic apparel designed for competitive athletes. They focus on sustainability, using eco-friendly materials and practices. With a strong presence in Europe and growing internationally, they are currently looking for a driven individual to be their Business Development Specialist to expand the Hong Kong and Asia market, with a focus selling to Schools, Sports Club etc.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B segment, focusing on international schools, clubs, and leagues.

Leverage an existing network to establish and nurture business partnerships that drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Key Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the sportswear or apparel industry.

Strong existing network in the education and sports/ recreation clubs sectors, with the ability to connect with key decision-makers/ procurement managers.

Highly driven and results-oriented, with a strong hunting mentality.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
