Our client is a European sportswear brand known for innovative sportswear and athletic apparel designed for competitive athletes. They focus on sustainability, using eco-friendly materials and practices. With a strong presence in Europe and growing internationally, they are currently looking for a driven individual to be their Business Development Specialist to expand the Hong Kong and Asia market, with a focus selling to Schools, Sports Club etc. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B segment, focusing on international schools, clubs, and leagues.

  • Leverage an existing network to establish and nurture business partnerships that drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the sportswear or apparel industry.

  • Strong existing network in the education and sports/ recreation clubs sectors, with the ability to connect with key decision-makers/ procurement managers.

  • Highly driven and results-oriented, with a strong hunting mentality.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
