Assistant C&B Manager (Rewards/Payroll)
Location : Quarry Bay, Eastern District
Our client is a European MNC well-known industry market leader. They are looking for a well-rounded Assistant C&B Manager to support the team and report to the Head of HR.
Responsibilities
-
Perform full spectrum of Hong Kong payroll functions and ensure monthly payroll process for new hires, terminations, salary changes, compensation and benefit payouts are executed promptly, accurately and in compliance with country statutory regulations and company policies.

Close collaboration with HRBPs and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate salary payments to employees.

Prepare and consolidate monthly reports and variable payroll data (eg. Commission bonus, OT Allowance, Salary Adjustment, etc)

Review, validate and reconcile payroll output files to ensure accuracy.

Assist in year-end Salary Review and Bonus and tax activities to ensure filings are done within statutory deadlines

Responsible for timely and accurate onboarding and offboarding of employees

Register employees MPF and benefits in a timely manner

Responsible for managing the corporate employee’s credit card details, ensuring completion of probation review of new joiners and leave system

Coordinate on requests with tax authorities in relation to benefits, pensions, social insurance and other tax related queries

Follow up with manager/employees as necessary regarding incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data

Respond to manager/employee queries on payroll matters in a timely and professional manner

Stay up to date on local labor laws, regulations and compliance requirements

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports

Support any ad hoc C&B projects as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor degree holder or equivalent education

Minimum of 5 years of experience
-
Good command of English and Chinese speaking
-
Knowledge with SAP Success Factors (Payroll module) is a must
