Key Responsibilities

Public Relations:
Oversee all public relations activities, ensuring consistent messaging and effective communication with the media and the public. -
Crisis Management:
Lead crisis communication efforts, developing strategies to manage potential issues and protect the organization’s reputation. -
Corporate Social Responsibility:
Drive corporate social responsibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and community needs. -
Team Leadership:

Performance Measurement:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate affairs initiatives, preparing reports for senior management and making recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. -
Experience:
10+ years of experience in corporate affairs, public relations, or communications, with a proven track record in a leadership role. -
Strategic Thinker:
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and influence decision-making. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. -
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong relationship-building skills, with a customer-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively across functions. -
Cultural Awareness:
Deep understanding of the Japanese market and culture, with the ability to adapt strategies to local contexts.
