Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations:
Foster a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting engagement initiatives. -
Performance Management:
Implement performance management systems that support employee development and align with organizational goals. -
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. -
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices. -
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. -
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. -
Experience:
7+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic HR functions and a proven track record in a managerial role. -
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse HR team. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization. -
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making. -
Cultural Awareness:
Understanding of the local labor market and cultural nuances in Indonesia.
