Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels.
- Address customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Assist in providing service and product training to customers as needed.
- Perform additional customer service tasks as requested.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or logistics industries.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin,
- Fast and accurate Chinese typing skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
