Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels.
  • Address customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in providing service and product training to customers as needed.
  • Perform additional customer service tasks as requested.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or logistics industries.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin,
  • Fast and accurate Chinese typing skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
