Position: Executive Administrative Assistant
This role provides administrative support to the Co-founders and GTM team, managing and coordinating tasks between internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide administrative support to the Co-founders and GTM team, including managing meeting arrangements, travel logistics, and branded merchandise procurement and distribution.
- Efficiently manage and coordinate executive schedules, ensuring proper scheduling and attendance of all appointments, meetings, and events.
- Contribute to the organization and coordination of company events, conferences, and meetings as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous records and files of all administrative activities.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Superior English language proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and time management skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Typeform applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate various time zones.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities.
