Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Assist with the design and lead end-to-end marketing campaigns (e.g., product launches, token sales, partnerships) across web3 channels (social media, crypto communities, influencers, and paid ads).
- Optimize campaign performance using data analytics testing to maximize ROI.
- Content Strategy:
- Create engaging, educational, and thought leadership content (blogs, whitepapers, videos, infographics) that educates audiences on blockchain use cases and our solutions.
- Manage a content calendar and collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to ensure timely delivery.
- Industry Expertise:
- Stay ahead of blockchain trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Represent Company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to build brand authority.
- Monetization & Partnerships:
- Develop strategies to monetize marketing efforts (e.g., token incentives, affiliate programs, NFT collaborations).
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the blockchain ecosystem (exchanges, wallets, influencers).
- Proven Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing (Executive) experience, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain, virtual currencies, or fintech.
- Track record of successfully launching campaigns in the crypto space (portfolio of work required).
- Technical Acumen:
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and tokenomics.
- Familiarity with web3 tools (e.g., MetaMask, Discord, Telegram) and crypto marketing platforms.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Dune).
- Creative problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Passion:
- Genuine enthusiasm for blockchain and its potential to revolutionize finance and technology.
