Depuis 2001, notre client conseille les familles fortunées soucieuses de pérenniser leur patrimoine et de le transmettre aux générations futures.
Pour cela le Family Office F/H a développé une méthodologie et des expertises dédiées pour l’ensemble des questions que se posent les familles.
Ils supervisent 4Mds d’€ d’actifs. Ils sont présents sur 3 pays, France, Belgique, Suisse. Le cabinet compte 41 collaborateurs et 4 associés.
Les domaines d’interventions sont :
L’activité de Multi Family office (conseil aux familles sur leurs patrimoines +de 50M€)
L’incubation de Single Family Office
Leur filiale intervient sur une clientèle avec des patrimoines allant de 3 à 30M€
Chaque conseiller agit dans le seul intérêt des familles et n’a d’autre ambition que devenir et demeurer leur homme de confiance.
Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, notre client recherche son prochain Family Officer.
Les missions et responsabilités du Family Officer sont les suivantes :
Maitriser l’ensemble des sujets techniques : juridiques, fiscaux, patrimoniaux et financiers d’une clientèle UHNWI,
Assurer un suivi permanent et personnalisé d’un portefeuille de clients en collaboration avec directeur et/ou un associé.
Sur le plan commercial : préparation et participation aux rdv clients, rédaction des comptes-rendus, suivi des décisions prises, respect des délais.
Sur le plan administratif et patrimonial : suivi et mise à jour des dossiers, respect des procédures, établissement et suivi des budgets, déclarations fiscales, états patrimoniaux, relation avec les notaires, structures juridiques.
Sur le plan financier : appels d’offre, suivi des gérants, suivi et implémentation des décisions, suivi et mise à jour des mandats (bornes, frais, contraintes, .) reporting consolidé, analyse.
Sur le plan interne : maitrise d’un pôle d’expertise (CIF, CII, CIE…), respect des valeurs de la société, alimenter le fichier « best practice, informer ses collègues, participer à la vie et aux réunions de la société.
Travailler de manière collaborative avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.
Avoir la capacité à retranscrire les préconisations des conseils externes ;
Assurer la mise en oeuvre opérationnelle des décisions des clients ;
S’impliquer activement dans les responsabilités fonctionnelles ainsi que dans les missions transversales du Family Office en fonction des différents pôles de spécialités : Conseil en investissement côté, immobilier et Private Equity, Gouvernance, système d’information, formation continue, marketing et communication.
Respecter les nomenclatures et appliquer la méthodologie du family office.
Le profil recherché:
Formation universitaire en économie ou finance (niveau BAC+5)
Au moins 10 ans dans le milieu financier (banque privée, conseil patrimonial, Family office)
Excellentes compétences techniques en matière de gestion de patrimoine et de gestion de produits financiers
Français et Anglais courant
Posséder de très bonnes connaissances : des marchés financiers; du conseil en investissements financiers et immobiliers; du Private Equity; en ingénierie patrimoniale française et internationale, gouvernance familiale.
