Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support:

• Product Training:
  Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams, demonstrating product features, applications, and best practices to enhance user knowledge and proficiency.

• Technical Expertise:
  Serve as a subject matter expert for product applications, offering insights and recommendations based on customer needs and scientific advancements.

• Collaboration with Sales:
  Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements, provide technical assistance during sales presentations, and contribute to the development of tailored solutions.

• Market Feedback:
  Gather and communicate customer feedback and market insights to product development and marketing teams, helping to inform future product enhancements and strategies.

• Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, training sessions, and technical support activities, providing regular updates to management.

• Continuous Learning:
  Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products, ensuring that knowledge is up-to-date to better serve customers.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.

• Experience:
  3+ years of experience in a technical support or application specialist role within the biotechnology or life sciences industry.

• Technical Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of laboratory techniques, workflows, and instrumentation, with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Problem-Solving Skills:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach to addressing challenges.
