Job description

What you will be doing:

• Oversee finance and accounting activities for a main board listed company

• Ensure compliance with HKEX regulations, including the preparation and review of financial statements, interim reports, and annual reports

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s long-term objectives in Hong Kong and Mainland China

• Maintain budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial models to guide executive decision-making and capital allocation

• Prepare and review the consolidation of financial reports from various sites, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

• Review and analyze submissions from different sites to ensure they comply with accounting standard and company policies

• Evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring the company's financial health and stability

• Coordinate auditing processes and ensure accuracy of financial information

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Qualified HKICPA or similar qualification

• 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a senior role and a Big 4-trained background

• Solid track record in managing a finance & accounting team.

• Strong communication and presentation skills and able to effectively engage and influence senior management and peers

• A strategic and analytical mindset

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
