We are seeking a highly experienced Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join leadership team. This role is pivotal as continuing to expand operations acros 50+ countries. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in finance, with specific expertise in setting up Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and managing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As). This position will report directly to the CEO.

- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Shared Services Management: Establish and oversee Shared Service Centers to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs across the organization.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead and manage M&A activities, including due diligence, integration, and financial modeling, to support the company’s growth strategy.
- Global Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all regions, maintaining compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational plans.
- Risk Management: Implement robust financial controls and risk management practices to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Proven experience in setting up Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and managing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As).
- Extensive global or regional financial management experience, with a deep understanding of international financial regulations and practices.
- Strong adaptability and leadership skills, with a track record of managing diverse teams across different cultures.
