Graphic Designer

Our client, a leading multinational strategic advisory firm, is looking for a detail-oriented graphic designer. The ideal candidate with experience in creating visually compelling content for professional business proposals, brochures, leaflets, forum posts, and new business pitch decks. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design engaging graphics that effectively communicate complex ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the entire design cycle, from research and ideation to execution.

• Design brochures, leaflets, and new business pitch decks while collaborating with teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication of the company’s message

• Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to achieve desired outcomes.

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.

• Adhere to brand guidelines while understanding business needs and tailoring designs accordingly.

• Manage multiple teams and projects, adapting to varying specifications.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, creative media, marketing communications, or a related field

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of web design is an absolute advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

• Analytical, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
