Our client is a European MNC well-known industry market leader. They are looking for a well-rounded HR Manager (Generalist/HRBP) to support the team and report to the Head of HR.
Working location: Tuen Mun
Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic Business Partner and provide full spectrum of HR services
• Partner with regional senior/ business leaders on HR related projects and goal setting such as coaching and career development
• Plan and execute staff engagement and communication activities and programs
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning and implement development and retention programs for key individuals. Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
• Conduct annual employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop and implement action plans to address areas for improvement
• Support end-to-end execution and co-ordination of talent management process and talent development framework to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planning
• Develop compelling communication strategies and direction to all employees, which reinforce the strategic direction of the company to maintain productive, passionate and cooperative company culture across the Business
• Provide HR advisory based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated departments
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• With 8+ years of experience on HRBP/ well-rounded generalist, ideally from sizeable/ multinational companies
• Comprehensive organizational development and change management experience would be a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
