As the Managing Director for APAC, you will be at the helm of our expansion efforts in Greater China and Southeast Asia. Your mission will be to enhance our brand’s presence and consistency across the region while driving growth in e-commerce, social commerce, and improving our digital footprint. You will work collaboratively with a talented team to manage retail operations, elevate brand management, and refine our marketing strategies to ensure we deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in Greater China and Southeast Asia.
- Ensure consistency in pricing, marketing initiatives, campaigns, and product focus across different regions.
- Champion the acceleration of our e-commerce and social commerce platforms to enhance digital presence and drive online sales.
- Strengthen retail expertise and brand management through robust digital marketing capabilities and innovative strategies.
- Optimize costs and streamline operations across all subsidiaries to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to create a cohesive and collaborative working environment.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles within the retail or lifestyle industry with experience in the APAC markets.
- Expertise in direct retail, wholesale, and online channels with experience in digital marketing preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a knack for driving business performance.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse cultures.
- Familiarity with the unique dynamics of the Greater China and Southeast Asia markets is highly desirable.
