Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Access Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies to ensure our products are accessible to patients while maximizing their value in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market assessments to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities that impact market access for our products.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive market access strategies that align with company objectives and local market needs.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, payers, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.

Pricing and Reimbursement: Lead the pricing and reimbursement submissions to ensure timely access to our products and optimal pricing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to align strategies and ensure successful product launches.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all market access activities comply with local regulations and company policies.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on market access performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in market access, pricing, or reimbursement within the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including payer dynamics and regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful market access strategies.
