Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration:
    Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.

  • Team Support:
    Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Budget Management:
    Assist in managing office budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.

  • Supplier Coordination:
    Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, overseeing contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services and supplies.

  • Facility Management:
    Ensure the office is well-maintained, including managing maintenance requests and coordinating office moves or renovations as needed.

  • HR Support:
    Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

  • Policy Implementation:
    Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Organizational Skills:
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders.

  • Tech Savvy:
    Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with office management systems.
