Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll payments, employer tax returns, ORSO and MPF contributions in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies

  • Perform tax computation and monitor recovery in accordance with the tax equalization procedures, liaise with relevant parties including external consultants on tax matters

  • Perform checking of rental reimbursement program

  • Provide support on retirement schemes administration

  • Carry out period end closing activities for payroll accounting and prepare financial and business reports for management information

  • Review and exercise controls on payroll related processes to ensure compliance with internal control requirements

  • Participate in system control review and system development and enhancement projects

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience, with general concepts of financial accounting and taxation principles

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS office applications including Excel and Word

  • Experience in using SAP and Oracle would be an advantage

  • A good team player, proactive, hardworking, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
