Key Responsibilities

• Flavour Development:
  Create and develop unique flavour formulations for a variety of food and beverage applications, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and market trends.

• Product Optimization:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize existing flavours and improve product formulations based on sensory evaluations and consumer feedback.

• Sensory Evaluation:
  Conduct sensory analysis to assess the quality and acceptability of flavours, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods.

• Innovation:
  Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to drive innovation in flavour development.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with R&D, marketing, and production teams to ensure successful implementation of flavour solutions in new and existing products.

• Technical Expertise:
  Provide technical support and expertise to clients and internal teams, addressing flavour-related inquiries and offering solutions.

• Documentation and Compliance:
  Maintain accurate documentation of flavour formulations and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.

• Experience:
  7+ years of experience as a flavourist in the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of successful flavour development.

• Creativity and Innovation:
  Strong creative skills with the ability to develop innovative flavour solutions that cater to diverse consumer tastes.

• Analytical Skills:
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen sense of taste and smell.

• Communication Skills:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to various stakeholders.

• Team Player:
