Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Spearhead the creation of design lines and concepts for exciting new projects, driving creativity and innovation at every step.
- Portfolio Excellence: Select and validate design proposals, ensuring that our portfolio reflects the highest standards of quality and creativity before presentation to the Directorate.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with project suppliers to refine designs and oversee the industrialization process, ensuring seamless transitions from concept to production.
- Project Oversight: Manage projects from initial design proposals through to industrialization, maintaining a keen eye on timelines and quality.
- Quality Assurance: Validate the development of parts and finishes prior to tooling launch, ensuring every detail aligns with our vision.
- Problem Solver: Propose and implement innovative solutions during the product development phase, guaranteeing successful industrialization.
- Inspection Review: Conduct thorough reviews of purchasing inspections to uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years in product development, specifically within the realm of small domestic appliances.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CAD software, with a strong background in both product and graphic design.
- Educational Background: A degree in industrial mechanical or mechatronic engineering, complemented by expertise in graphic design.
