• Customer Engagement:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support to enhance product adoption and satisfaction.

• Sales Collaboration:
  Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

• Feedback Collection:
  Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product development and enhancement.

• Regulatory Compliance:

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Experience:
  3+ years of experience in a product specialist or sales support role within the healthcare or medical device industry.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Interpersonal Skills:
  Strong relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
