Project Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop design briefs aligned with the overall development strategy.
• Lead and manage a team of consultants from project inception to completion.
• Oversee project planning sessions and track progress to meet timelines, quality, and cost targets.
• Coordinate staff and resources while managing stakeholder relationships.
• Review consultants' designs to ensure compliance with cost, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize processes to improve project execution and efficiency.
• Handle consultant and authority approvals for design and development.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Manage the tendering process and procurement activities.
• Ensure project execution adheres to specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial development with exposure to Asia region
• Expertise in Design Management, Cost/Contract Management, or Site Management.
• Proven leadership with a track record of managing cross-functional project teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for internal and external coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
