Project Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee and directly engage in the following areas:

• Conducting failure analysis and forensic investigations to identify root causes of machinery and equipment failures, as well as industrial accidents, fires, and explosions.
• Providing consultancy services focused on engineering, materials, and corrosion challenges.
• Performing site inspections to evaluate the physical and metallurgical integrity of equipment and facilities using advanced engineering inspection techniques.
• Managing asset integrity tasks, including risk-based inspections (RBI), remaining life assessments (RLA), and fitness-for-service assessments (FFS).
• Acting as an expert witness in litigation and insurance claim matters.
• Leading training courses on failure analysis and materials/corrosion topics.
• Identifying and validating research and development initiatives related to engineering, materials, and corrosion

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in engineering and materials failure analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or higher) in Material Science, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
