The Regional Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing the logistics of bulk wine imports primarily from France to the group’s own warehouses in Hong Kong and Singapore.
This role will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient operations, transportation and delivery to private clients currently based in China, Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia, as well as coordinating logistics for exclusive promotional events in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Management: Oversee all aspects of transportation, warehousing, and delivery logistics for the region, ensuring timely and efficient movement of products.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with international suppliers, including negotiating contracts and managing relationships to optimize logistics operations.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels in warehouses, implementing systems for monitoring stock and ensuring product availability for client demands.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all import/export activities comply with local and international regulations, particularly for the wine and spirits industry.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in logistics and supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a logistics team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and ensure logistics solutions meet their expectations.
- Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics for promotional events, ensuring all products are delivered on time and in optimal condition.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Wine industry.
- Strong understanding of international transportation and customs regulations, particularly related to the wine and spirits sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus and passion for exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin and French would be a plus.
