Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth, competitive positioning, and customer needs within the region. -
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. -
Sales Performance Monitoring:

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Budget Management:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. -
Experience:
5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets in a similar industry. -
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing talent. -
Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. -
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
