Our client, a leading European dermatological brand, is seeking a talented Regional Digital & E-commerce Marketing professional to join their team. This role will work closely with headquarters and local teams to drive digital marketing efficiency, enhance digital touchpoint presence, and optimize e-commerce conversion.
Job Description
Digital Marketing Efficiency
- Media Investment: Plan and anticipate media strategies across countries, ensuring balanced and sufficient investment aligned with global media guidelines.
- Asset Development: Collaborate with brand teams and regional marketing managers to ensure assets are relevant and adequate. Develop regional assets when necessary.
- Performance Management: Conduct monthly reviews with countries to enhance media investment, visibility, engagement, and ROI.
- Platform Optimization: Engage with key digital platforms to ensure optimal performance across channels like search engines, social media, and video platforms.
Digital Presence
- Brand Sites: Support countries in improving brand site performance and enhancing search engine visibility.
- Social Platforms: Assist in optimizing social media pages for better engagement and alignment with global accounts.
- E-commerce: Help optimize brand presence on e-commerce platforms, improving product pages, range visibility, and site search to enhance conversions.
E-commerce Conversion
- Ensure traffic from advertising, brand sites, social platforms, and other channels is directed effectively to e-commerce destinations.
- Support key countries in optimizing investments and communication strategies to recruit and retain consumers.
- Analyze consumer behavior to enhance conversion rates and ROI in key markets.
Monitoring and Sharing
- Organize quarterly and ad hoc knowledge-sharing sessions across countries to encourage learning and exchange.
- Provide updates on regional digital trends and share viral assets to enhance upcoming initiatives.
- Track group dashboard performance monthly, improving visibility and coverage where necessary.
- Assist countries in deploying global tools across digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce within the skincare, haircare, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Asia-Pacific markets and proven experience in managing marketing or e-commerce strategies in the region.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms such as marketplaces, regional platforms, and global ecosystems.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a multicultural environment.
- Proven track record of working with external partners and third-party platforms.
- Strong marketing background with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and insights across Asia-Pacific.
- Full proficiency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
- Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or related industries is highly preferred.
