Job Title: Sales Administration Executive (Assistant)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administration Executive (Assistant) to join a dynamic organization in Hong Kong. This role is critical for supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth administrative processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support:
    Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating sales activities.

  • Data Management:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory levels in relevant systems.

  • Reporting:
    Prepare regular sales reports and presentations, providing insights to support decision-making and track performance against targets.

  • Customer Interaction:
    Liaise with clients to address their needs and provide information on products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Order Processing:
    Manage order entry and follow up on order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

  • Administrative Tasks:
    Perform general administrative duties, such as maintaining files, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience:
    2-4 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.

  • Organizational Skills:
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
