Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

  • Experience:
    5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Leadership Skills:
    Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Analytical Skills:
